It began with a battered recipe book from a used bookstore — yellowed pages, margins filled with someone else's notes. One recipe led to another, and what started as a shared love of baking became a question: why does community service always feel so formal and distant?
The answer was simple — bake for people who need it. Care packages for a neighbor. Treats for a local shelter. Birthday cakes for kids in foster care. Word spread. Others joined.

Each week we pick a theme and a destination. You bake a batch from your own kitchen, drop it off, and together we hit a goal for neighbors in need.

We pick up unsold baked goods from local bakeries at the end of the day and deliver them to neighbors in need — no cost, no effort, no waste.
Food donations are deductible at fair market value. We provide a written receipt for every pickup.
The federal Bill Emerson Good Samaritan Act fully protects businesses that donate food in good faith.
Just set the goods aside at closing. Our volunteers handle every pickup on a set weekly route.
